Return Policy

We are confident that our certified diamonds and fine jewelry will exceed your expectations. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied, we will do all we can to make it right. If we are unable to correct any problems, we will offer an exchange or refund, provided that you return your item within 30 days of its shipment.

Accepting Returns

We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on all diamonds and jewelry. Items that have been worn, altered or damaged in any way may not be accepted for return. Items may not be accepted if they are returned without all of the original documentation, diamond certificate and packaging materials, as specified below.


You can return your diamond or jewelry item within 30 days of shipment from Novori for a full refund. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear on your credit card statement. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only. Refunds will be applied to any unpaid balances first.

Returns shipped from outside the United States need to have all customs and duty charges prepaid. Novori will refund your purchase price paid in US dollars (except for shipping) but is not responsible for any additional charges your bank or credit card company may charge you or any differences in your countries currency. Before shipping returns from outside the United States, please call a Novori customer service associate at 877-877-4141.

Exchanging Your Order

You can return your diamond or jewelry item within 30 days of shipment from Novori, to exchange it for another selection. For an exchange, we will issue you credit for the price of the item (less any additional shipping upgrades you may have purchased). You can apply this credit to the purchase of any other selection of your choice. If the new item you wished to purchase costs more than the credit you have remaining, we will charge you the difference. Policy on Comparison Purchasing

Comparison purchasing is when you buy several items with the intention of keeping the item you like best and then return the remaining items. We do not allow returns on comparison purchasing. The cost of making and re-stocking multiple items is simply too expensive. Returning Your Order

Novori merchandise is very valuable and requires that we take special precautions in shipment. To return a diamond or jewelry item to Novori, follow the checklist below:

  1. Call Novori customer service at 877-877-4141 to get the Customer Service Department returned shipments address and to notify us of the return.
  2. Secure your diamond or jewelry inside the original jewelry box. Make sure to include all packaging, including any protective wrapping. Don't forget to include your jewelry appraisal and the diamond certificate. (The diamond certificate carries a $250.00 replacement fee.)
  3. If possible, place the jewelry inside a Fedex plastic shipping bag to protect against tampering. Then place it all inside a secure cardboard shipping box, and cover the entire box with brown mailing paper (available at your local post office). If possible, use the original shipping box that your order was shipped in. You can also use a box from you local Post Office or Fedex office. Secure the package with proper mailing or shipping tape.
  4. Write your order number (this is found on your invoice - example: "248-3215") on the box next to the shipping address.
  5. Call us for the correct product return address. Do not ship any jewelry to our offices in Bellingham.
  6. Ship the item by registered U.S. mail to our Customer Service Department (call us for the correct address), fully insured for the value of the item. Ensure there is a tracking number for the package and that a delivery signature is required.

In order to protect the package against possible theft, please do not write Novori, jewelry, rings, diamonds or any other word which might hint at the value of the package. Novori cannot be responsible for return shipping losses.

Please request a return receipt for your records. (Note: FedEx® will not insure valuable jewelry.)

Returns Processing Time

All requests for return or exchange will be processed after our jewelry expert inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt and inspection of the item.We will notify you once we've received and processed your returned item. If you request a refund, your account will be credited within three days of this notification. (Please note that any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns will be returned to sender.)

Although we take steps to ensure that the data on the web site is always accurate, some information on the settings, jewelry and diamonds is provided by our manufacturers or other third parties and on occasion, may not be accurate. In some cases our automated online processing system may display inaccurate product data or prices. We reserve the right to make corrections to the data on our site once we have been made aware of any errors and we are not able to, or obliged to, honor any invalid or incorrect prices or data. All prices are updated on a regular basis due to metal prices and market fluctuations and prices can and will change without notice.

Although the Novori.com web site may include links providing access to other internet resources or web sites, Novori has not participated in the development of those other sites and does not have any editorial control over those sites. Novori is not responsible for the accuracy or content of information contained in these sites.

Novori will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or from any information, products or services made available by this site including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential or special damages.
