Table Percentage

The table percentage of a diamond is the ratio of the table diameter of the diamond to its overall diameter.

Depth Percentage

The depth percentage of a diamond is the ratio of the total depth of the diamond to its diameter. The depth is measured from the table to the culet. Example: if the diameter of a round diamond is 5.50 mm and the total depth is 3.75 mm, the the depth percentage would be 68. The depth percentage is determined in the diamond grading process and affects the value of the diamond.
